I’ve just discovered quite possibly the cutest mini diaper bag out there!
New label Momma Couture’s
Stash & Go bag (shown below) is a very handy little bag, and the
perfect size for on-the-go play. Founder and designer of Momma Couture, Rashmi Budhram came up with the Stash & Go
because she felt like every one gets to a point with their children
when all they need are just the basics - bottle/sippy cup, diapers/pull
up and wipes.
As with many wonderful mother designed products, inspiration for the collection came from her children. In this case, after Rashmi’s eldest child turned one, she found she didn’t need to carry as much for her daughter and didn’t need to tote the large diaper bag she’d used during the first year.
Momma Couture offers four main styles and one coordinating insulated wristlet for wipes. The collection differs by size and what they can be used for. Planning a full day expedition or a weekend away? Then the Playdate for example, is the perfect over sized carry all that can be used for holding everything you could possibly need. The Stash & Go, is the smallest of all the bags, and is used for quick trips out with your child as it only holds one diaper, a few wipes and one bottle/sippy cup. The City Bag is a messenger style bag great for fathers on the go. Rashmi’s favourite is The Momma’s Helper - “It was the first bag I designed. It’s very versatile and holds all the essentials – diapers, changing pad, snacks, and being insulated it keeps juice/milk/water at just the right temperature. I even use it to send my daughter’s lunch to school!”
Rashmi’s design philosophy
is simple: “There is no need to compromise on looking good when on the
go with your children. A bag should complement your sense of fashion,
address the needs of almost any occasion and the contents should be
secure while at the same time easily accessible”.
